Do you need to be added as a new user to your nursing facility or hospital provider portal account? Your facility has a delegated administrator(s) with access to manage users and create new accounts. Friendly reminder: If you do not log in for 90 days or if you change your password and do not log in within 5 days, your account will automatically inactivate for security purposes and you will need to contact Kepro to re-activate your account.
Does your facility/hospital have a new NPI? Be sure to register under your NPI. To register or access the Provider Portal, please click here to send us an email. Complete all of the requested information before sending the email. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive an email reply with your one time registration code to complete your new account registration. Please note you will still have access to your older account to view and print documents as needed.
