Have you recently received a screening from us? We screen for mental health and learning issues. This helps us find out if you need special care. This care might include a nursing home. If you disagree with our decision, you have rights. You can request a new review. You must request it within 30 days. This period starts when you received our letter. If You Request a New Review
We will send you a notice about our results. You will receive this within six days. This does not include weekends.
